To be honest, I think a lot of us were watching the draft and hoping we would take these players while Misi and Jerry were not even on my draft board.

A number of us have figured out what our front office and coaching staff has not. And that is we need speed out of a pass catching TE.

I'm a Gator Grad and fan (I still live in Gainesville) and I really wanted Arron Hernandez. it was stunning to watch him drop in the draft.

I do a draft board as many of us do and again, a lot of Dolphin picks I never even had on my board.

(I do know this can get old)
 
We'd probably move Vontae inside, and shift Carroll to the boundary.
 
What we would do is watch other teams convert 50% of 3rd downs and teams with 3 decent WR's tear us apart. It was pretty risky to cut Sapp but I guess Sparano is ok with potentially losing his job at the end of the year since he got that nice little extension because he and/or Ireland seem to be making some risky moves this off-season/season. If we were going for the best 53 players RIGHT NOW then I have a tough time believing we couldnt have found someone on the 53 worse than Sapp and I disliked the **** out of Sapp.

You're right beanh8er,hindsight is 20/20. But in that draft,i wanted us to draft Gronkowski,and my brother(studsatele)wanted us to draft Hernandez,and we could've had either one,but obviously we didn't get either. I can't wait until we get a FO and HC who understands the need to have a stud pass catching TE on our roster,and just how much that TE helps our QB out,and could be a good pairing with Fasano.
 
i wouldn't be surprised if in that situation they went with culver, he's come in to play the dime, its possible, but agreed that carroll or wilson could easily be that person as well

culver? oh god.... that guy is a touchdown machine, for the love of god no. Resign benny if thats the case.
 
Whats really gonna bring the LULZ is if Vontae or Smith go down for a few games...
 
they're clearly high on some jimmy wilson......... he didnt look great in coverage, but they have shown faith in him there. Can clemons play CB ? that would be sweet.

Sure, why dont we put dan carpenter at qb while were at it, or brandon fields at cb while were at it. Hect, we put paul solial at fullback and made ourselves look like a joke. We need backups at positions, why sparano didnt have a backup fb is probably why is considered a bad coach by many.
 
Just start taking volunteers from the stands.
