i started a thread a couple weeks ago saying the oline is the biggest concern and got killed for it. anyone change their mind yet? henne isnt perfect but he sure isnt the biggest concern for this team now. the oline is straight garbage. i dont understand why the feel they can keep screwing with it.

I cant believe how bad this o-line is, I think we are in big trouble.

Right here.

In this league, QB is always your biggest concern. Ask the Colts right now how they're feeling lol.

Henne has been impressive for sure, but I need to see consistency. That's what it's all about.

But I do agree that we have some serious issues across that line.

Henne the past three weeks combined:

25/37, 369 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Very solid numbers for Henne. The right side of the offensive line is a concern, and I hope this week they make a couple of adjustments. Perhaps finally sign O'Hara.

We need Jake Long back in such a bad way. Though even without Jake Long that's still no excuse as to why we're so terrible without him. He can only lock the left side down and we're not sure how healthy he is.

Both equally big concerns. Henne has had good preseason games before, but I do admit I like what I've seen these past two games. Jerry is a bum, and I don't think Murtha is ready to handle starting right tackle. There are so many possibilities on how we're going to approach repairing this o-line that it's scary. Those dreaded question marks linger.

Sparano and the FO are the biggest concern. They're responsible for the O-line and the QB we currently have. As for Henne, it's going to take a lot more than a couple of preseason games to convince me he can start in this league.

Until Henne shows he can do these kinds of things CONSISTENTLY in games that matter, I'll be sold. Until then I'll remain a skeptic.

not worried about oline. i will watch the tape tommorrow night but got a feeling the game was going to be like this. we would look to make a big play and tampa would be all out to win this game.

got a feeling like we kept alot out of this game. clay out with hammy, supposedly.
if u see the oline act like this vs. dallas but if they act more like they did vs carolina at home, then you know they did a little more gameplanning.

it seems to me that we were going through motions on defense. that pass that went down field made our D look like werent trying to cover anyone.

jake long makes everything better imo. murtha will slide to RT and carey will stay at RG. jerry is on his way to being cut.

QB is always the biggest ?

He has played a bit better these past two games but it all means squat if does not do it in real games.

Our O line is an embarrassment and Ireland should be held responsible for this train wreck.

Ill say oline is 1A and Henne is 1b. I'm not a Henne hater, I really am rooting for him to succeed and I am getting excited seeing him perform so well, but he has to do it when it counts. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt because Dan Henning is garbage and we needed a new upgrade, not one that made him throw comebacks and checkdowns all game. He has to perform though.
