So who will be our first big FA signing tomorrow?

Terrell Thomas, CB from the NY Giants!!! provided his knee checks out? he is a tremendous tackler and a very good #2 CB ... Thomas may be wishful thinking on my part .. but he is a good player none the less!!!
 
I say we target reggie wayne and reggie nelson. one could argue evan mathis as an under the radar signing for a guard. nice to see some of the marque free agent OL on the market have already played for miami....


satele, mathis, carey....

pouncey isn't moving, so we are drafting an OL this year, I can almost guarantee that.
 
remember what Philbin has said and where he's come from. Our head coach wants to build through the draft, he came from an organization in Green Bay that I think only signed 3 free agents in the last few years combined.

I'd be highly surprised if we sign any free agents in the next day or 2 if at all.
 
man we have only 14 mill to spend i dont see us really being able to fit many guys in here as top end FA
 
winston should be right behind qb at the top of the list...no brainer if healthy imo
 
Nicks... We willnhave one of the best ols in the league and will improve our running game 10 fold
 
Correct me if I am wrong but are going to a run a zone blocking scheme? If not then winston will not be a good fit
 
wont be much of anyone if we are in fact getting manning.

CARL NICKS is the guy i want more than anything. outside of 2 guys, we finally have that putrid o-line so many have cried about us having since the feidler era. going right out and signing the best guard, one of the top 3 offensive linemen in the leauge would sure get peytons attention. but, signing nicks, probably no manning.

sign nicks and courtland finegan. we need to get someone opposit vontae and get sean smith on the bench as soon as possible.

if we sign flynn, then we need to get nicks or grubbs and then make DAVID DECASTRO our first pic.

like i said, we finally have an awful line and decastro IS one of the best o-linemen, guard, tackle, whatever to come along in YEARS!

this is a guy who will be a pro bowl, dominant player on our line for 12-14 years. thats worth a 1st round pic, expecially since its a NEED position!

long, nicks, pouncy, decastro and a young right tackle in free agency or draft. ARE YOU KIDDING? this kind of all world line is at our finger tips and our skill players will feast for YEARS off it.

all the years we had crappy qb's and awful wr's and all everyone could squak about was, "we gotta get o-line". we did, over and over with NO results. its because we needed SKILL players, not fat guys.

now we finally have QUALITY skill players and our o-line is junk. boring as it may be, a guy like decastro is what we need.
