Plenty of blame to go around. The sad thing is not just one thing. I don't like blaming the coaches much. The players need to make the plays so I've been quiet about coaching but I pretty much had it with Philbin and company. I don't believe he brings anything to the table. I believe Lazor has done a decent job with what he has to work with. Our oline coach deserves some credit too but I don't think Philbin will get us there. Ross has to see that and make a change. Now for those who are worry about a new HC blowing things up. After watching this team yesterday, don't you think Philbin should make a lot of changes on personnel anyway? So why not bring a new HC to make those changes. Playing Dallas Thomas was the final straw. Philbin needs to go. Now the players don't get a pass either. I'd star with a Wallace who is mot worth the money and keep on going with the overrated defense. Hickey gets a pass but don't bring any more vets that get hurt all the time. We have lots of problems and it starts at the top. I'd keep Hickey for now and let him bring a HC that has passion.

It starts with Ross everything he does turns into clown college!

The blame for the last 15 years of failure goes to Wayne H and Stephen R...

Ross, Philbin, Tannehill, Coyle, Ratfink.

It's the fans 100%. We don't cheer loud enough for our million dollar players to do what they should.

It's not a matter of 'Blame', football is a competitive sport one team wins and one loses.

We beat the Pats to open the season, it is a new Offense. In the old NFL it would take 2-3 seasons to get the team up to speed with a new offense.

I think besides the injuries we are just getting out-coached, especially on defense.

No not time to blow it up..... what we lack is depth, when our starters are battling we can play with anybody, when we have injuries our backups are not up to the challenge....what we need is a good draft and smart FA signing for depth....when someone goes down it has to be next guy up not how do we mask our coverage's to keep him from being exposed....we are close, real close, I hope Ross doesn't panic because the fans are freaking out and brings in a guy who wants to put in his system and sets us back a couple of yrs.....

Contrary to popular belief were not a good team.

No depth, horrible starters at key positions, no elite talent anywhere. Qb is good but not great (yet), best player is probably a 2nd year LB who came out of nowhere.
