who is your favorite pick, and who is your least favorite, and explain why...

MINE IS AS FOLLOWING....

Favorite:Jalen Parmele

I know what you all are think, why would a RB be our favorite pick, especially one drafted in the 6th round....however,I see a lot of Michael Turner in him. And,considering the Ronnie Brown is with an ACL injury, and you CANNOT rush player back from those. And Ricky Williams tearing his shoulder, not to mention his age,and his questioned companionship and reliability.Which, brings us up to [Patrick Coobs and Jalen Parmele.Im sorry guys, but if I had to start anyone right now,it would be Parmele.Because,I really want Ronnie back, but would you want his knee injury to get any worse than it already is?no,so I think you dont rush him back, and you let him get AT LEAST +90%,before I would bring him back.Parmele runs a 4.47,a workhorse, and can run a guy over.He very well maybe the VERY FEW hidden gems of the draft.I like this kid a lot,and I hope Parcells and Company can bring out the best in this kid, because I think with a little guidence and experience,he can really explode into the NFL.

Least Favorite:Chad Henne

I mean,Im sorry,I just really have a problem with taking a QB two years in a row, with the same round, without experimenting the previous QB.We could have brought fin some more help for Beck with that pick.Or we could have gotten one of the top CB's,or OLB's,or even trade down to get some picks in the 3rd or 4th rounds ro even next year.It was brought to my attention when I first talked about this, someone said you keep drafting a QB until you find one....well,although I do agree with that, drafting it THAT HIGH is rediculous.I think our pick should have gone in a different direction.Mel and company said that since Dolphns drafted Henne, they'll build around him...so,I hope Im wrong and their right(how Henne could be the guy),on the other hand people,I dont think I can handle seeing John Beck fumbling 3 times in a game again,however....

I dont play favorites on drafted players. Lets see em play first for a few games or more and then I will tell you which picks I like best.

The problem I had with the Henne pick, is not so much Henne, but all the other quality players that were on the board. I mean Henne coud have been there at #64.

You're asking who is my favorite pick?

I'll let you know in about two years to 3 years. Just like any drafted player in any draft of any sport.

Fave: Jake Long

Least: Lex Hilliard (we need WR's and D-Backs)

I like how you think. That way you dont fall in love with say....Lorenzo Booker and get all heated when he gets traded for good value. Or you dont fall in love with John Beck and then after he plays like trash and a new FO comes in and drafts the QB they want as the future you still cant understand whats going on.

Lets see what these guys can do in the league in games that count before we swear they are great. Reality is all of Cams picks were bad except Satele. Ginn is a good player but was the wrong pick at the time and its tough to select a player who isnt good at pick 9. Cams draft was trash but, after the draft last year everyone around here wanted them all in the Hall of Fame. Lets wait and see with these guys.

I don't agree with this assessment. Some of us just don't want to give up on them so easily.

After agreeing with others saying it'd take 2-3 years to develop the O, I'd think you'd demonstrate a little more patience.

There have been many many players that have stunk it up their rookie seasons, to go onto Hall of Fame careers. I'm sure you know that.

Favorite pick: Jake Long. I also like the Merling pick but we added a starting OT to our line.
Least favorite pick: Henne. We always settle for a 2nd tier QB and we do it again. If we really needed a QB why not select Ryan. He did not have a better college career than Woodson, who was selected in the 6th rd. I think Woodson has just as much potential as Henne.

favorite is HENNE donno why just cant wait to see what he can do

not so wild about hilliard not seeing the point in taking 2 backs even though ronnie cant finish a year

Fav pick has got to be Jake Long... With the run that followed on OL it was a brilliant move as we got the best player in the position we needed the most...

Least has got to be Henne, not so much for the player himself but because I was a 'Don't take a QB in round 2' man... We have SO many other needs and still dont really know what we have in Beck. I understand the thinking behind the pick and where we got him does constitute value... But I just dont think there was THAT much difference between him and the other QB's that went in the later rounds...

You quote someone saying wait two to three years to pass judgment and you like how they think, yet you pass judgment on players after a few games??? Doesn't make sense...

This team has no bigger need than QB. Simply amazing that people don't get that.
