Also, the Dolphins activated rookie defensive tackle Brian Soi from the non-football injury list. Soi was acquired on Monday prior to this week's rookie camp, but worked on the side as he recovered from a sprained hand. Soi hurt the hand in a play fight with a friend during a July 4th mishap.
