Soliai Craps Bricks --- He'd better be Louis Ellis is in town!!!

Here's a look at the other rookie free agents signed by Miami:
WR Chris Williams of New Mexico State had 32 career TDs and has 4.28 speed.
Holy crap!!!!

I have seen Louis Ellis play he is Big and Mean, he is a beast playing DT... Soliai is good, but now he has to prove himself, he was worried in the draft (Crapping Bricks they say)... Yes I am excited to see finally a DT who could stop the run in the middle, an OLB besides Porter who would make things easier for our much more improved secondary.....

To tell you guys the truth.... I am anxious and excited.... Things look good

I like the potential of the kid too, but remember he was dominating lesser talent than Solaia has been playing..and he has some of the same problems soloia had coming in in terms of hand placement and leverage.. He was using raw talent to bulldoze Div 2 players..this is division 1a players he's playing now..but I like his measurables and strength, which gives him a chance, but Soloria is 2 years ahead of him in learning some the things he's going to have to learn..but if he's a quit study..we may have something here..let's hope so..

Soliai has seemed like kind of a screw up since he has been here and seems to jump offsides and make dumb penalties. I am glad he will be challenged. From the video clips I have seen of Louis Ellis at Shaw, he looks like a really good tackler and someone who jams up the middle.

At 6-4 350 lbs...more like Soliai crapping cinder blocks?

Or maybe Dotson and Wright...

Louis Ellis
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 315 | Position: DE | College: Shaw

Positives: Good upfield quickness to pressure the quarterback or bring down backs behind the line of scrimmage. … Gets through double-team blocks, which he faced quite often given his production, and rips off man-on-man blocks with violent hands. … Can line up outside or inside. … Hustles making the play in the hole or down the line after disengaging. … Good quickness to chase ballcarriers downfield.

Negatives: Only adequate size and strength for an interior lineman, could be best as a Tampa-2 three-technique or a 3-4 defensive end. … Does not have the bulk to hold up against NFL double teams. … Must have better backfield awareness, runs himself out of plays. … Inconsistent motor. … Took advantage of lower level talent.

I sure hope they compete and may the best man win.....

This kid is huge and sure knows how to play!!!

His size and football talent must have been the reason we decided to trade our second 7th round pick and hope he became an UDFA.

Anything can happen I guess, we saw Bess make it last year. I just think it is a longshot, not just for him, but any of the UDFA's we have been signing.

LOl come on we haven't seen anything yet from Ellis.
Before annoiting him why don't we see him in a preseason game first.
