He might accept a cap friendly deal. Would be perfect for next to Suh.

Does he have anything left in the tank? I'm guessing he would be signing a cap friendly deal wherever he lands, but I'm not sure he would be a huge upgrade for us at this point.

I still remember him falling back and playing a deep ball like a safety haha!

I remember him chasing Ted Ginn down sidelines against the jets during a kickoff return. With that said I would prefer us to sign Odrick instead of Solai.

He'd be cheap and immovable against the run. Free Suh up to do his thing. I thought it made sense before Carolina got him, I think it makes sense now. Rotate him in when Phillips gets tired. He''s the type you want playing next to Suh anyhow, unlike Mitchell. For it.

If confident in Phillips, he'd be a perfect vet mentor to rotate with.

Otherwise, I'd rather pay more for Odrick who can also rotate outside against the run.

He's done.

It brings up a good point. Miami would be insane (but understandable) to spend a ton of money at DT. They may need to look at second tier players and hope they can fix their LB situation. However, this run d had been bad for close to 3 seasons.

Hell maybe for vet min with incentives.

That's it though, cause I think he's just about done.

There's a reason he went to Atlanta and then Carolina and now the street. Got a feeling he will be sitting on the street mid season if someone needs him due to injuries but not worth a roster spot at this stage.

cap friendly deal? he would need to accept the vet minimum
