Sirius Radio -
He was talking about how Ginn is taking the PR heat for Miami not taking Quinn
He stated that nobody wants to address the fact that Ginn is a great player and once Miami gets the ball in his hands..........look out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was saying how everyone is trying to find bad things to say about him since we did not take Quinn.

He discussed how Ginn took Leon Hall (CB - Michcigan) behind the shed and he don't understand how people are not talking about this when Hall was a 1st round pick that may start in the NFL as a rookie

Ya, he did speak higly of Ginn's speed and said that speed kills. And that he beat every cornerback he played against in College...we will see.

It ain't just speed. The man thinks quickly on the field. If he didn't think quickly, he woudn't be such a good punt returner speed or no speed. If he didn't think quickly, he wouldn't have had ZERO fumbles to his name despite hundreds of returns.

Compare that with Devin Hester who had eleven fumbles just last year.

That was one of the points I wanted to bring out about Ginn, his decision making while on the run, the guy thinks extremely quick, and the fact that he can control his body to make those moves is amazing. Since we're drafted him, I've gone back and watch as much of him as I could, and I was amazed with his body control..and as you pointed out, lack of fumbles...but this is the NFL, so the hits will be a little more intense, hope he continues to hold on to the ball. But he seems to be a natural football player, the kind with real football intense, if people understand what I mean.

I was so mad when we didn't draft Quinn.
Then I watched some footage of Ginn....

Let's just say....
I'm now glad we didn't draft Quinn.

he also brought up the fact that everyone has been saying that he doesn't run good routes. But they are basing that off of the workout when he had a broken foot. and who runs good, crisp routes with a broken foot.

ALso, he would take 5 yard quick slants for 80 yards and is always open.

or maybe he is just so good he doesnt have to think and just reacts...I cant wait to see what he does with his first kickoff

I believe they are basing it from watching his overall college career.
