Kansas City Chiefs Offense
Players to watch-
QB Tyler Thigpen
WR-Dwayne Boye- big, physical reciever Fins have had problems with
TE- Tony Gonzalez
RB- Larry Johnson
LG- Brian Waters
LT- Branden Albert- First round pick, converted from Guard in college
-Average 18 points per game-Ranked 26th in the NFL (Miami is 9-0 when holding opponents under 20 points)
-Ranked 26th in Total Offense with 302 yards per game
-Average 188 passing yards per game (Dont look too much into that...Their offense is playing better with Tyler Thigpen behind center)
-Average 114 rushing yards per game which is good for 14th in the league

Kansas City Chiefs Defense
Players to watch-
Brandon Flowers- early draft pick, he's gonna be a player in this league
Glenn Dorsey- First round pick, has not done much to impress thus far
Bernard Pollard- He had the hit on Tom Brady to knock him out for the season
-They give up almost 27 points per game, ranked 30th in the NFL
-They give up 397 yards per game or dead last in the NFL
-Allow 242 passing yards per game (30th)
-Allow 155 rushing yards per game (30th)

The team only has 9 sacks on the year!!
---To put that horrific number into perspective, the Pittsburgh Steelers have 47 sacks on the year.
---There are ELEVEN individual players who have more sacks than that of the entire Chiefs defense.

Their offensive line has given up 33 sacks this year.

They have used their own version of the "Wildcat" a couple of times this year. However, their "single back" in that formation, Mark Bradley, has been out for a couple of weeks, nursing a calf injury.

In other words they blow.

You forgot to mention they have one of the worst coaches in the history of the NFL. He is notorious for managing the game poorly.

And as a team, even when they play well enough to compete and possibly win, they find ways to choke the game away very much like BOTH games vs. San Diego.(missed extra point earlier in the game, then go for 2 after scoring a TD to make it 20-19 on the last play of the game, and this week giving up an onsides kick and 2 late TDs to blow it).

And when they dont do that, they just get 50 burgers dropped on them by the Buffalo Bills in KC.

Yeah, their GREAT!!!!

Would like to see the same stats but on the last, say, 5 games. Would tell a different story. I smell a trap game. It's on our coaching staff to really prepare the team to play it's heart out. The Chiefs know what the Dolphins are up to...

One thing about the Chiefs is that they find ways to lose ... and we usually find ways to win... like my chances with this formula

I'd really like for us to establish the running game for once.. if anywhere, this is THE place to do it

They have been playing better as of late. They remind me of us last year. 6 of their last 7 losses have been by 10 points or less. They do seem to find a way to lose, but like us last year, with a few breaks, they could have a much beter record. I like our chances, but they aren't terrible. As the OP said, I think we struggle with Bowe. But with the weather, I think we control the ground game.

I realize they have played much better in the second half. Hell, I even pointed out a few weeks ago after their 3 game stretch vs. the Bucs, Chargers, and Jets that they were a team for us to watch out for.

But, Im sorry....they blow. Its impossible to let the BUFFALO BILLS come into your stadium and drop a 50 burger without completely blowing.

And yea, while they keep coming close in alot of games, the bottom line is they keep LOSING. We WERE NOT a good team last year, and they are NOT a good team this year. There is a reason they only have 2 wins through 14 games........they are really bad. While they do come close sometimes, bottom line is THEY LOSE!!!! Which means we should almost definately WIN this game. The Cheifs BLOW!!!
