Some interesting head to head stats...

You know stands out to me? The Dolphins have more pass yards, yet the Pats have more passing yards/game. It isn't often you see that.

Why don't they have the most important stat (turnover +/-)? I'm curious how the Dolphins fare there, as the Pats have struggled to create turnovers.

Points, rush yards, sacks taken, and first downs seem to be the big differences in favor of the Pats. The Pats have given up a lot of yards on big plays, which is why their D has allowed slightly fewer points while giving up more yards. The Pats 1 interception was on a hail mary at the end of the Jets game, so they haven't had a real int in 4 games.

Good info, thanks for the link. We don't look so bad comparatively on D, but we don't come even close on O.

I believe the Dolphins are +2, thus proving to be the exception to the "win the turnover battle, win the game" rule.

We've played one more game than you have, that's why we have more total passing yards.

No, both teams have played 4 games. Passing yards/game includes yards lost by sack. Normally two teams passing yards aren't so close with yards sacked so different where it makes enough of a difference to swing the lead the other way. Just one of those odd things.
