I think that Ferguson will be Miami's best pickup out of those four. If I remember correctly, Ferguson was one of the best players during preseason last year. In fact, I'd like to think that if he didn't get injured during week 1 against the Giants, he would still be with the team.
What Parcells or whoever is supposedly running the show over in Miami is doing is very similar to what Parcells did here when he came to Dallas. He sent these low picks for players on other teams who would have possibly been in danger of not making the cut for whatever reason.
To put it in another way, I see these four players as guys who can help stop the bleeding a bit but aren't exactly the long-term solution.

Fasano is no where close to Witten, but he's solid. Good blocker I hear he has good hands, and as far as I could tell he did earlier last season, but not when it mattered.
Ayodle is also solid but not great. He's probably more of a 4-3 backer. You got solid players and good value with what you gave.
Nate Jones is not good I don't think I'd call him terrible but definitely not that good.
If Ferguson comes back strong then you guys got a huge steal for a 5th rounder. Or maybe 6th, not sure right now, but he's a really good player in my opinion.
One more...
I'll just say that if Fergy can return to form after missing all of last season, you got a steal.
