I just want to say that Ricky ran his butt off tonight and made some great plays. Even when he was in there against back-ups in a meaningless game he was working hard.

Ricky...this beers for you!:beer1:

have not seen ricky run like since the pre marijuana days

Yeah, he was playing hard. I'm proud of him. To see a veteran go that hard in preseason is refreshing. Just hope he saves some for the regular season.

Can only agree, Ricky's always had that speed, but is so under rated when it comes to his power and ability to break tackles.

Nice one, Ricky! :)

Would also like to mention Lex Hilliard's performance. I thought he played exceptionally well considering he is our 4th RB. Very physical and can hopefully develop his game so he get's up the pecking order. Congrats Lex.

for an old dude, he's like the toughest pound for pound guy on the team. he's gonna hurt someone. it's rubbing off on #23, he looks like a beast right now too.

lol @ premarijuana days. ricky smoked all the way through college and i'm sure he burned in highschool. maybe back in his 11-12 y/o league he possibly didn't burn the ganja. honestly, i wouldn't be surprised one bit if he still smoked regularly. you trying to tell me a man as smart as him can't fake a drug test? c'mon now!

He looked very good in the game. Last year there was a lot of hype about how strong he looked, but it didn't really translate to the games. This year it looks like he may just get the production we expected last year...

Last night I thought Ricky had better balance and a little more power than last year. Could be because this year he wasn't recovering from any injures.
Hopefully that will translate into having a better regular season.
It was nice to see Sparano still has confidence in Ricky and giving him all that playing time last night.
