Ok guys I didn't get the chance to really hear what was being said on ESPN but I caught a few things and hopefully someone might have seen it as well. I think one part was that brees is miami bound as the jets don't have the cap for him (this was claytoin) then kiper I think said miami is another team that might move up or down I couldn't tell which it was. he was tlkij bout cutler and it said either move down for him or trade up for picks as he won't be there due to possibly goin in the top 5 to 10 or bc we will get brees and won't need cutler. If some1 can verify some of this it would be great.

Funny how all the offseason FINS news is beaten to death on this board long before it gets to ESPN.

Brees could be a fin or not we shall see. But one thing is for sure, if he hits FA he won't be a Charger next year.

Gus for a while...until Brees is healthy.

Hey AJ Feeblery was cut by the Jets...where are all the folks that wanted to bring him back?

Brees would definitely start over Gus, no question about it. Brees is a rare Franchise quarterback to hit the free agent market.

If Brees is indeed signed, Gus might not even be on the team come the 2006 season. The only way Gus stays is if he takes a big pay cut to be the #2 QB.

I hope Gus stays, because having Brees at #1, and Gus as the backup would be a dream come true.
