he may be one of 3 finalist. The other 2 being Capers and Mora. They are assuming that Carroll is a no go now. And perhaps this was before consideration of todays interview with Martz and/or Brian S. Does anyone have reason to believe that Chan Gailey might get this job?

I dont think so, but wouldnt mind it if he does.

I don't want Chan Gailey here. He was terrible as a head coach in Dallas.

no college coaches.

Uh, bare minimum research would tell you that he was head coach in Dallas for two years.

Facts would kind of say otherwise, he made the playoffs twice in two years sandwiched by the coach before and after him going 6-10 and 5-11x3 respectively.

I'd much rather have Gailey than Carroll or that joke of a head coach Capers. What did the latter two do in their previous tenures to convince anybody they were capable of being good head coaches?

I don't want Capers either, but he did take Carolina to the NFC Championship game in 1996. You can't forget that. It was their 2nd year in the league. Gailey never got Dallas that far.

I go to Georgia Tech currently and would HATE to see the Dolphins pick up Chan Gailey. The only reason I would want this to happen is so Chan Gailey is no longer the head coach of Tech. I doubt he gets it, there's way too many better coaches out there.

If one of those three guys becomes our new coach, I might shoot myself. Or worst, I might become a Patsie fan. Err....just kidding. Thats a little too extreme. I'll stick to suicide.

The only one of the three I like is Mora. He's young and probably learned from his mistakes in Atlanta, where he didn't do a bad job.
