#1 FIRE Jeff Ireland and hire me SOMEBODY who will think with the simplicity of DRAFTING GOOD FOOTBALL PLAYERS. I don't give a rat's ass if a guy smoked weed when he was a sophomore in high school or if his mother was a hooker. If he is a STUD on the field, pick him and let's win with him. We have had these wuss general managers long enough. When other teams pass on guys like Randy Moss and Drew Brees and they fall into your lap, YOU RUN TO THE PODIUM WITH YOUR CARD. If they end up in jail, that's no different than missing on Yatil Green or Eddie Moore. You STILL don't have a football player. I am taking my chances with the guy who can PLAY! At the end of the day, it is about SUNDAY and what gets done at game time. Who cares if the guy is a dick during the week if he is HUNGRY and helps you win. If you are a GM or a head coach. and you WIN, you keep your job.

#2 FIRE Mike Sherman......the 2nd coming of Dan Henning. FOR GOD's SAKE DUDE, OPEN THE FREAKING PLAYBOOK! DO something TO CONFUSE THE DEFENSE! I know...I know....the o-line is bad. Whatever. Put some screens into the playbook. When was the last time we dumped it off over the rushers? Throw in a RB pass, maybe some misdirection, a flea-flicker, a QB roll out,........just stop doing the same crap that ain't working! And the eye formation run on 2nd and 10 ALL YEAR makes me want to puke.

#3 FIRE Joe Philbin........He IS NOT the guy. If he was, he would have STOPPED Sherman for continuing his snooze fest week after week. A head coach with balls steps in when stuff isn't working. You have to look at the BIG picture. Sure......everybody, including the OC, QB, etc. is gonna have a good game once in a while, and THAT is what saves their jobs. Again, you MUST look at the big picture. The entire body of work.....the trends. If you can't show mental toughness EVERY SINGLE WEEK, changes need to be made. The "deer in the headlights" expression ain't gonna cut it in the NFL.

#4 Send Nolan Carroll WALKING......I am sick to death of watching this guy survive on this roster because he makes a good play once every two games. He absolutely SUCKS! Gets burned SO MUCH and stands there and watches a guy catch the ball or one of his teammates make the tackle. PLease get rid of him. IF I am the opposing QB, I'm throwing his way every down. I would rather develop some rookie. Carroll is a vet. He has no excuse.

#5 Lock Ryan Tannehill in a room with years of film of Tom Brady. Deliver him food and drink but don't let him out until he has a beard like Billy Gibbons. Don't get me wrong. I hate the freaking Patriots as much as the next Dolphan (but not as bad as the Jets.) You can't deny Brady's mentality though. He has been the reason it is so hard for us to win division titles. Frankly, I will be glad when he retires. When his team loses the lead late in the game, with 1:46 left and one timeout, they show Brady on the sidelines before the other team kicks off. He is looking at the clock, scowling and shaking his head YES as if to say, "OK, that's fine MFers, I'm about to shove this victory up your butt!" You gotta love that. Have Tannehill watch that mentality until it is tattooed to his brain. Tell him, "Ryan, you are a very good player. Who knows? You may never quite have this guys ABILITY. THAT is going to be up to YOU. BUT..........when you come out of this room, you DAMN WELL better THINK like him.

#6 Of course we need to fix some holes. Tyson Clabo can go work at McDonalds. Sign a good offensive lineman and draft 2 more. If you can't extend Grimes, you better franchise him. These moves are no brainers. Hopefully, the new GM will see what needs to be done. No more stupidity....PLEASE!

I couldn't havnt said it any other way!!.. you hit the nail on the head!!.. unfortunately not all of this wil happen.. we will still have philbin on the sidelines with that deer in the headlights look!!l

Well said, sir! Scorched earth is my word of the day!

Ryan Tannehill doesn't need to be locked in a room doing film study. He needs to spend time with a real QB coach who isn't Mike Sherman's son-in-law.
