Some videos of today's practice featuring Clyde Gates and Reggie Bush

Omg I love you no ****.lol Please try and post these more often...I live in louisiana and I def miss my phins in action :'-(

sweet gates seem to be a real good weapon.. what about reggie did he break any big runs? does he look faster than ricky?

It wasn't full contact so hard to tell on running plays. He did bounce a run to the outside on what would have been a big run and he made a nice cut on a stretch run that would have been a nice gain. Dude is fast, real fast, and comparing his speed to Ricky is like comparing Camarillo's speed to Gates.

They mostly worked on the passing game today and Reggie was used a lot on swing passes. There was also a play where he went deep down the sideline for a 30 yard pass beating Sean Smith but dropped the laser pass from Henne.

How has Henne been on his deep throws? As we all know, he was pretty awful on them last season.

He was throwing the deep ball well today. What I did notice is that he holds on to the ball too long when the defense is in zone coverage. Against man coverage he seems more decisive and accurate. The key to Henne this year will be how he does against zone defenses.

Henne actually looked nice in that video.. Putting the ball on the money on the deep balls. Quick swing passes on point, getting rid of the ball quickly.

I think those picks he threw against NE last year was in zone as well.

Great vids thanks, I love the last one, that play is unstoppable because you will have to respect the outside release by Gates and then he makes the quick inside move and first down.....if the CB tries to cheat on that route and Gates releases to the outside, no way he catches him.....touchdown.....if this kid can catch, he will always see a saftey over the top, opens up the whole field for Marshall, Bess and Bush.......if Henne doesnt turn the ball over we may have something here..........

vontae played those balls pretty well...forced the deep vertical sideline ball towards the boundary and out of bounds...and oh boy does reggie have some sweet feet on those videos
