Some videos of today's practice featuring Clyde Gates and Reggie Bush

vontae played those balls pretty well...forced the deep vertical sideline ball towards the boundary and out of bounds...and oh boy does reggie have some sweet feet on those videos
That first video of him where he absolutely turned around Sean Smith was beautiful.

So would you guys who have been there agree that we are def. working on more spread formations? (such as as those videos show). I remember there were a few instances last year where they actually put henne in a few spread situations in a row and he moved us up and down (problem was we moved up the field and then incoming wildcat ! >.< )

I know it's not much to go off of.. but, see any of that burst still?

umm cool vids, but I think stuff like this should be kept off the internet, especially because we play the "spygate" patriots 1st game of the season.

Believe it or not, there are employees on every NFL team that have the specific job of looking for videos like this. I know, because when I was a equipment intern for the Bucs, I saw it first hand.

Sorry the kill the buzz. But there is a reason why the Dolphins ask that fans do not record practice

Exactly this, I saw this many times. when our offence got in this mode, it even look deficult to stop, until we did it by our self. Even Henne look good till we put him in 2 or 3 straight 3rd and 8 because of predictable runs

He was throwing the deep ball well today. What I did notice is that he holds on to the ball too long when the defense is in zone coverage. Against man coverage he seems more decisive and accurate. The key to Henne this year will be how he does against zone defenses.

Thank you for the observation. It makes sense. A lot of issues are about reading the zone. But it would also help if he was accurate on even on short passes when they are playing for real. The fact he is throwing the deep ball well is at least encouraging.

not a clean enough look so far for me to be able to tell...the preseason opener should tell some things...although if i was miami reggie bush might get a series or two...i'd work him in slowly early in the preseason...no point in putting him out there too much to risk injury...

miami already knows he's a lock roster guy we need to work on keeping him healthy for 16 games...not a few extra reps in the preseason

Well, let's hope coach has learned from the instance regarding "a few extra reps"..
