Meh. Depends on who comes from MC. We have a lot of skilled technicians and then a few guys who arnt as good. Actually just fired some dead weight last year. But yea... half the dudes in the class dont know **** really. Its a mix of LP and HP people. The majority of people in there didnt even know what a Low Water Cut off was or what it did. Sad.

You ain't kidding. One clown from the place i worked for initially jumped out a #67 on a hb smith 28 series boiler. Thing went into low water, caught on fire and cracked right in half. Boss told someone to get back there and take the jumper out......stupid people.

Thats kind of what happened with St. Mary's hospital. Operator tripped out LWCO so the alarm wouldnt go off... Boiler went dry and then exploded from the pressure build up. I think that was a 500 HP Clever brooks too.

Some operators are so dumb. I went to a place few weeks ago to get the boiler ready for inspection, the operator had no idea how to fill or drain the boiler... Seriously dude??

You guys mainly do process steam correct? Or do you do steam heating as well?

Nicole, however, has this sexy, sophisticated look to her. She appears smart & classy... And if you watch the show you can tell she has far more personality than the other dopey chick.

To each his own... I am a sucker for the sexy woman in business attire that Nicole pulls it off well... Don't get me wrong, the latina is very hot, she just comes off more skanky than classy.

You're right but I like that latina skanky woman. haha . I like Nicoles hard body but Im not too fond of her face.
 
Yeah Molly Qerim is my favorite on there as well. This was her Halloween costume this year.
