Florida has no state income tax. I know that is a given to florida dolphin fans, but in other states that are hit pretty heavy with taxes it could be an appealing thing for someone about to sign a multi-million dollar deal. And don't forget a more laid back atmosphere versus the rat race of New York or other east coast cities. While the Jets might pay some more, there are other things to consider. With that said, it would not shock me to see Pace sign with the Jets (money does that to folks).
