At this point Ross is giving Joe another year as it stands right now.

BUT, how does everyone KNOW that Ross is not going to let the new GM handle Philbin's future with the FINS??? Maybe the new GM wants to give Joe one more year to prove himself! Maybe not!

But I think we should let this play out with the new GM before we continue to make accusations. Maybe everyone around the league does like Joe?

Anyway, unless anyone here has been in these team meetings over the past week or so I don't anyone can speak for Ross. Anyone here part of that process??? Then I'm willing to hear you out. So I think at this point we need to give Ross the benefit of the doubt and at least let this process play out

People have no patience. Philbin can easily be canned once the new GM is hired.
