I noticed on GangGreen they have added a button that you push when starting a new thread that searches to see if a similar thread on your topic has already been started. With all the double threads I see on here (the mods do a great job merging) it just seems like a good tool to add.

Can the site administers look into this?

that's a great idea...hopefully it'll do an effective job picking up on search phrases such as: "cut Ginn," "start Pat White" and "fire Sprarano"
