Something troubling to me..........

I realize that most of you guys dont take stock in a player's demeanor durring a game , however it can be a clue as to a player's attitude for example if a qb is busting his chops on the sidelines ,such as going over plays well then that is a moral work ethic that is rare in the nfl i dont personaly have problem with a qb talking to madonna if she is there but if your tring to make the team you should at leats be interested. remember when feeley was traded to miami and he wasnt a happy camper well i dont think he " has it " in terms of a playoff caliber qb. this is my own opinion. i remember watching a giants game in fassel's last season and the entire offense was over by the blechers and were mopping and i thought they were still in the game but there demeanor sure didnt help them any and the same could be said about feeley. just watch his body languge if he is working with the oline, wr, or coach then you can tell if he wants the qb job or not. this just my thoughts and probally nobody will agree with me but i think this can tell you a gung ho type from a slacker.
Hey good post. I happen to agree. I wish the best for all of our QBs obviously but ive noticed his body language before myself. Hes got alot of maturing to do.

Every knows Feeley is an even keel guy. He doesn't really buckle under pressure. Sure he makes some fairy nice gestures from time to time lol. But you never see him really lashing out in or out of game.

So let's analyze this.

First he is getting bashed for throwing tantrums getting frustrated and slinging passes at his RB'S. He shouldn't get so baby like and be professional.

Now he is getting bashed because he is on the sideline in the 4th quarter well after he was taken out of the game and he was talking to the kicker and punter.

So what was Frerotte doing? Are we gonna bash him because he was sitting down on the bleachers with a towel on his head?

I have a serious question for you.

How do you know Feeley wasn't giving pointers on fake FG'S or Fake punts. Giving the kickers pointers on how to try to sell the fake?

What are you gonna say if this coming week we do a fake FG and Mare is mentioning how it was a play discussed last week?

The fact is you have no clue what they were talking about. I am not talking to the guy I quoted here this is meant for the original poster.

So unless u know what was said it is childish to get upset with it. It is childish to even get upset if they were talking about what color drapes they are getting

What instances and what are some examples?

U know, didn't Peyton Manning get called out because of his lack of emotion and body language at certain parts of games.

LOL this argument holds alot of stock.

Manning needs to get canned as well.

Makes sense to me! "A time to Work and a Time to play".......;)

I agree that he can be friends with whomever he chooses. But how many starting quarterbacks would be talking with the punter and kicker during a game? I guess I would feel better even if he was talking with a third string receiver and watching the game to learn.

I remember a reporter asking Dan Marino in an interview towards the end of his career who he was closest to on the team. I expected the answer to be some of the other team leaders or his favorite targets like Armstrong, McDuffie, Thomas, or Webb. Instead he answered his was closest to the backup quarterbacks and kickers/punters.

I love when people say rediculous things. Maybe he did get called out (I dont know), and maybe it helped him become the Qb he is today. So are you conceding that youve also noticed his body language?

AJ changed from the Gillette Mach 3 to the Schick Quattro. He sucks and his receivers hate him for his now closer shave.

Do you know who he was talking before and after that? It doesnt mean anything.

Mare was the only one who scored in the game. He was probably congratulating him on getting voted the game ball:goof:
