Keith Costello, president of the recently opened Broward Bank of Commerce in downtown Fort Lauderdale, was talking this week about attracting new customers.

Then he nodded at the bank's most celebrated board member, Miami Dolphins Pro Bowl running back Ronnie Brown.

"He's going to bring (Bill) Parcells over," Costello joked, referring to the Dolphins' colorful vice president of football operations.

There's no guarantee that Brown can deliver on that request, but he is poised to help Broward Bank of Commerce build its clientele, even during a recession.

When I saw the article I had to do a double take. So not only is Ronnie Brown a bad *** when it comes to running the ball, but he is also smart!

I want to know what bank you go to? I wouldnt put bankers in the smart category right now. But I guess they are smart enough to trick our government into biving them BILLIONS of more dollars to lose.
