I been a fan since 1977. I was 6 years old. Had Direct TV once it came out. Yesterday was 1st day I actually shut off the game and went to walk in the park. I was so miserable. I'm aware we haven't been good for a long time, but this game did it to me. I even took down all my memorabilia in the man cave. Today I woke up and I felt different. I guess I'll die with you. This team has the talent. Just very unorganized. I least know we are close to being a good team. We are a CB,LB and a Coach away. Sorry for quitting on the team yesterday guys. That game boiled me up inside.

Lol every time I try to quit this team I feel the same way... I'm just a glutton for punishment I guess.

No one is happy at the moment. The climb upward makes it more enjoyable when you get there. Lets just hope we start the move upward sooner rather than later. Its easy to be a fan of a team when their winning.

Hey man, there's nothing wrong with quitting on the game after that performance. I do have to disagree with you though that we are close to being a good team. CB, LB, Coach, OL, DL...and for most of those positions, we are short multiple starters (need 2 CBs, 2-3 LBs, all coaches, 2 guards and a LT, 2 DEs, etc.). This team is another 3-5 years away from competing in the playoffs which means 3-5 years of wasted potential at QB and WR.

I normally sit there and deal with it. I lost my mind yesterday. Even my wife said I'll put back all my stuff in the basement today. Well she was right. Lol

don't feel bad, way back when, we started out 9-2 with the big win on Thanksgiving against Cowboys in 1993, only to lose the last 5 games and not make the playoffs, I started a bonfire in my driveway with all my dolphins stuff. The DOLPHINS are just gonna Dolphin, so get used to it. I am in denial at the moment about our season going down the crapper already.

I just believe with the right coach. We are LB,CB away. But I do agree 2 LB,s. I believe Tony Lippett is going to be awesome. Just need a good coach.

I went berserk last week after the Jags.....have since settled down and entered the usual mindset that I do every season.....approach each game as a loss but knowing every once and in while we may just squeak out a win...but never actually dominate anybody such as the Bills did to us today.....

I think you need more than 2LBs and a CB away and a right coach.

Your OGS have no business starting in NFL
Your DEs can't beat 1 on 1s (that is not scheme or coaching that is talent).
Your CBs are bad all around (minus maybe Grimes).
Safety play isn't good

Then add there is really 0 depth on this team

My advise would be to stay in reality (This team is that bad) and let it go. The less you care, the less it matters & the further you distance yourself from the emotions of winning or losing the happier you will be on Monday no matter what the score.
So don't revert back to doing the same things expecting different feelings after a Miami game...that is the definition of insanity. Remember this one very important thing...the NFL is a business (Sports Entertainment) and makes the real money not by wins/losses but through advertising...PERIOD. Your happiness should not be swayed by something in the hands of a few people in a board room deciding which audience is the most important to reach. The Miami players? They get paid handsomely to suit up and play a role. Take it from someone who has been in your shoes (and Goon Boss)...Let it go

Best wishes...

The season isn't a complete loss if Philbin and Coyle are shown the door -

The loss of all those early picks for Jordan are really beginning to surface - we always buy high and sell low

I've been saying that for 12 years. Although I'm never going to give up hope, sometimes it seems hopeless like we'll be stuck in purgutory forever.

I've been a fan since the early 70's; have had Sunday Ticket since it was available; and, regard the Phins as My Team and main focus of my collective sports fandom....they are a big deal to me.

Yesterday, I left my Dolphins-adorned man cave...and joined my wife in the den as she binge watched "The Good Wife" (I know...at least it wasn't "I am Cait"). I did go and check the score late in the second half but had told myself I would only re-engage if the Phins were balling...we know they weren't.

After a lot of introspection, I have learned not to get my hopes up, no matter what high-hopes the off season brings. I mistakenly let my hopes get too high, and they were precipitously dropped yesterday. I'm still a fan...still love my team....but I now expect them to lose and have little faith in the Philbin regime to get it turned around. Now onto the rest of the season with lowered expectations and holding onto hope that the next regime will get it turned around.

Rashad Jones is without question the sole shining light on this D. He is top 3 in the league and to dispute that is asinine.

DE,s? Wake and Vernon are fine. So not the issue. Our team is uncoached. Period
