you are an idiot!!!

You are a true embarrassement to the Miami Press.

Next tim you want to make a splash , please make sure you are 100% on the story you are about to break. Especially with the magnitude of a high profile player such as Jason Taylor.

Sorry for my venting fellow fin fans but this guy tarnished his name in many ways yesterday.

they could still trade him.if parcells says his getting traded they lose there leverage,jt wants out with the right offer they will trade him

Yes he is I was wondering if this hurt our chances with Pace since he said he wanted to play next to JT.

Jason Cole is Miss Cleo!!!

I heard Jason Cole on the Big O show yesterday he also said Joey Porter's days in Miami are numbered too. Especially with the potential aquisition of Calvin Pace. Now I don't know how reliable the source is but I guess we will have to wait and see.

First off, Jason Cole no longer works for the local media. He writes for Yahoo Sports.

Secondly, he might still be right. Just because Parcells says that JT is staying put today doesn't necessarily mean he won't be gone tomorrow.

Personally, I believe Parcells when he says that JT is staying in Miami, but I wouldn't put it past anyone in the NFL to say one thing and then do the exact opposite. It's a part of the NFL chess game.

For all we know Parcells leaked the information to Coles in the 1st place.

If someone from the Fins staff gets fired in the next month, maybe then we'll find out who Cole's 'inside' source was...

Nobody knows for sure what happened BUT we do know that Jason has alot of contacts there still. There is no reason to scoop this unless there is truth. For all you people bashing him think about it:

1) JT does NOT fit the system at all. a 245lb DE does not fit with BP no matter how you slice it.
2) Look at the people he is getting - JT is too small for even the OLB spot.
3) He does not show that football is more important than anything attitude BP wants. You don't come in and take over an organization having as much success as BP has had turning franchises around - making a statement about the type of players you want and then have your #1 guy - the leader of your team - tell you he will miss off season workouts because he is going to be on a dancing show! C'mon - if the writing wasn't there before that was the last straw.
4) The rumors are all over in GB and Minny about them offering picks for JT. Miami is trying not to leak anything. There were reports agents were told if they leaked a visit then Miami would cancel it. I believe these are real - there have been discussions.
5) If you are BP you HAVE to deny this. You lose all leverage - teams will think you will just have to cut him then.

Like it or not this is going to happen and JT will be gone. In the long run it has to happen and if we get a high pick it will be a great move.

If jason cole is false

if his story is false then why does yahoo still have it up on their nfl page? if you ask me were theres smoke theres usally fire. i belive that jason taylor is on the trading block. if other teams know that we want to get rid of him it could hurt his value. let teams call about his avalability so we can set his value. thats my opinion anyway
