Blow it all up. Get rid of Tony's trash.

His son which was a nepotism hire should be gone too.

Ask Philbin.

Most of the time it has nothing to do with performance of a coach it has more to do with Philben getting his own people but Sheriden is a good coach with alot of experience.

No word yet on Tony Sparano Jr. Would be hilarious if he is one of the few coaches retained.

Im pretty sure he is goin to Ny. Im sure Philben has plenty of kids for the job but Sparano jr does choose good danishes

Philbin talked to interim head coach Todd Bowles Sunday and the message didn't exactly suggest the new coach is eager to retain Bowles. In fact, a source close to Bowles just told me he doesn't think the club's secondary/assistant head coach/interim head coach will return to the Dolphins.

now i REALLY love coach phil. dude is seeing what the vast majority of us have. get the losers and underachievers [eeh-hem, bowles] the heck outta here!! no time for bottom feeders. daboll, as far as i know, has no experiance in the WCO, and you cant have a newbie to that philosophy teaching it to a new team. but bowles is a loser as far as being a secondary coach. that makes perfect sense showing him the door.

DLOCKZ: how in the world out of this do you come up with, "he probably wants bowles back as a secondary coach, not a d/c."

WHAAAAT? so let me see if i understand this. he doesnt want bowles for d/c. why? maybe the FACT that he wasnt good with the secondary on ANY team he has coached for? that would make perfect sense as when anyone hires somebody, they look for SUCCESS in there previous positions.

the record shows bowles sucked donky sack as far as being a secondary coach. 3 teams, bottom of the nfl 3 times.

so what, philbin says to himself, "well, he sure sucked at the secondary, cant put him in control of a whole defense, so i will keep him on as a secondary coach where he was a COMPLETE failure at?"

YOU GOTTA BE FRICKIN KIDDING ME!!!

really DLOCKZ? you really think in all that, he wants to keep him around for secondary? the article said they are NOT RETAINING CERTAIN COACHES from the previous regime. nothing about "unless they want some other position".

what in the heck is with some of you guys and TODD BOWLES worship? i just dont get it.

i dont.

Tony Jr is a vital part of the coaching staff

LOl yea got to love those pointers he gave Taylor and Wake. He gave them very good directions to La Provence to get a sandwich. Tony is like a human rolodex when its comes to restauraunts . He is very detail oriented and has them by zagat rating.

Bill sheridian is nothing special. Our LBS really weren't great. We have great players, but they as a unit were ot super strong.

Would have liked to of kept dorrell as hes done a decent job with matt moore this year but will support whatever philbin has to do.. coaching staff definitley needs a revamp

We never had a WR coach those guys were playing off of pure talent. If they didnt have a certain skill when we signed them they never learned it.

Oh God not sources lol. As for feelers from other teams I have only read one team is looking to get Daboll and have heard of no other team pursuing him. KC would be a good oc job though to prove himself. As for Bowles Im pretty sure philben might have wanted him back as secondary coach but Im sure he wants a dc job, he definately isnt getting a head coach job. I do hope we keep Kacy Rogers who in my opinion has done a good job as a DL coach and wouldnt mind Dorrel back as WR coach.
I hope we keep Kacy Rogers too. Moving Karl Dorrel back to WR coach would not be such a bad idea either.

Considering how bad our DBs were outside of Vontae this season, I don't think losing Bowles is any great loss.
