This decision just adds credence to the notion that Ross isn't wanting to make a chance until season's end. This could be one LONG season.
If he is fired during the season, it appears it will be at least half way through the season. I think he will get at least 8 games so Ross can save face.
What would be the point of a mid season firing?
A new coach might spark them to get some meaningless wins.
I think we should keep them so we maximize the losses...
