The Miami Dolphins worked out former Philadelphia Eagles third-round cornerback Curtis Marsh today, according to a league source.

Marsh, 26, recently worked out for the Detroit Lions and Tennessee Titans.Marsh was cut by the Eagles last year and was then signed by the Cincinnati Bengals. The 6-foot-1, 197-pounder has 14 career tackles. Marsh's father, Curtis Sr, played wide receiver in the NFL. Curtis Marsh played collegiately at Utah State where he was a second-team All-Western Athletic Conference selection.

Dolphins signing wide receiver LaRon Byrd to practice squad today, according to a source

#Dolphins worked out CBs DeMarcus Van Dyke and Curtis Marsh on Monday.

Dolphins trying out corners doesn't bode well for Brent Grimes making an immediate return. Doesn't sound like he'll practice today.

I think it is not about Grimes, but about the lack of faith in Taylor and Davis.

+1

Taylor and Davis honestly have shown nothing.

One would this that second and third round picks at CB could handle #3/4 WR's.

Also #Dolphins made a couple of practice squad moves: signed WR Laron Byrd and DT Deandre Coleman. Released DE Emmanuel Dieke
