Their are not two happer people than Billy Gillepsie and Bruce Pearl. Unlike Pitino I think Orlando right now is a "good job." They've got their key player. Now they just need to build around Howard. With the West set to acquire Durant and Oden, any job in the East is better than taking a job in the West.

The difference between the NBA and College is the high turnover of coaches. He could've coached at UF til he wanted. In the NBA he'll have to win a Championship to last past his opening contract which is 5 years.
