Its become quite obvious to me that Martin kept his enemy close, and documented everything.

What I want to know, is the dates of all these texts, and VM's. Because if alot of this was back in April and not much lately, then Martin walked off on the same ol stupid Cafetria prank because he needed another reason to walk out and nothing else was happening for a while so he had to use the very next chance to walk out.

I was
dispatched to the Aventura Police Station to meet with the victim of a Battery. Upon my arrival, I
met withal1111.0 She stated that earlier this date, she was a volunteer for the Miami Dolphins
Organization as a hole monitor, for the annual "Fins Weekend Golf Tournament," which was held at the
Turnberry Resort and Hotel. While performing her duties, she was approached by one of the Dolphins
players Richie Incognito. According to her, Mr. Incognito had been drinking and was acting very
inappropriate towards her. Ms.1111Nk states that Mr. Incognito used his golf club to touch her by
rubbing it up against her vagina, then up her stomach then to her chest. He then used the club to knock
a pair of sunglasses off the top of her head. After that, he proceeded to lean up against her buttocks
with his private parts as if dancing, saying "Let it rain, Let it Rain!" He finally finished his inappropriate
behavior by emptying bottled water in her face.
Ms. Orli not knowing what to do, notified her sponsor or supervisor of the incident. The Supervisor
then in return notified Miami Dolphin Security, who advised that they would take care of the situation.

one of the event sponsors or organizers witnessed the incident,
but did nothing to help. According to

incident, but did nothing to intervene also. She also states that Mr. Nate Moore (Former Dolphin Player)
heard of the incident and came to Ms.
to apologize for what had taken place. He also stated that
the incident would be taken care of and handled.

j came to the Aventura Police Station to file a report, due to the fact that she believed nothing
was being done. A formal apology would have been appreciated by Ms.401111Ifrom Mr. Incognito, only
if he had done so. She felt like he didn't care and thought the whole incident was in fun and games.
Other people apologized for him, but not him.

was advised that she can direct file with the State Attorney's Office or take Civil Action.

Establishes a pattern of irresponsible behavior. Richie's past really hurts him here in the court of public opinion, and possibly in court.

Its directly related because this has become a dirt campain against Incognito. So if Richie strikes back with other proofs of his own, they`ll dig deeper and find other stuff... The media has labeled incog a Villain and Martin a victim. Every time they will see the public shift away from their pre-determined mantra, they will do all they can to keep it balanced. Now this is an easy task for the media this time because Incognito is an easy sell as a villain. But make no mistake, 75% of NFL players are vulnerable to this kind of media destruction because if you dig deep enough, you WIL find inappropriate stuff...

It's not been publicly released, but I assume Schefter has heard it.

I'd like to know though, why Martin is not playing in Monday's game. What's his excuse. Incognito is suspended. So why isn't he playing? Is he traumatised? Did someone assault him with a golf club? Whether Incognito is a loser or not, and deserves to be off the team or not, has no bearing on whether Martin plays. We can go down the roster and did up dirt on every player, and then do it for every other team in the NFL, and it still would not explain why our RT is not fufilling his contract and playing for this team.

fun and games......everything to Richie is fun and games, he doesn't understand that people have limits and he can't cross them just because he's having fun.....

You and I both know that would never be admissible in court. So the answer is, it's not related. If I get into a bar fight with someone, and I'm trying to prove he hit me over the head with a beer bottle, I'm not allowed to bring in evidence that he cheats on his wife, or he put his hands down up secretary's skirt, or he kicked the dog. It's unrelated to proving my case.

As jurors, we would love to have all the dirt on people, so we can figure the odds of them actually doing the crime they were accused of. But it doesn't work that way.

OK. I get it. Cog is a swine. As a female, I am CERTAIN if this happened to me, as soon as his club made contact as described, I am walking away. I am fairly certain, my assigned task as hole monitor could withstand me walking away until the swine went away to play the next hole. I understand not everyone is me and I guess this is the crux of the problem, not everyone knows how to NOT be a victim. I hope we can finally get back to talking football.
