Is that really that plausible, though? An agent calls up to complain that he thinks one of the players on the team is abusing his client and Jeff Ireland says, "just tell him to slug the guy" and after he hangs up he just sort pats himself on the back for fixing the problem? I mean at minimum wouldn't he sort of want to alert his head coach that a couple of 300 pounders are about to take a trip to Fist City?

There is a huge difference between a normal persons work and an NFL locker room.

Just on a side comment, I grew up in an all black neighborhood and there are close friends that would call me this and I would respond with the same, example being "what up my n****" but I would never ever run with the word nor would I ever say it to someone who didnt know me or someone I didnt know, and yes I am white.

No offense man but you're missing my point. In a brotherhood of whites and blacks the word is used by white people either on accident or on purpose but it is used without negative intent. Now talking about killing him and hurting him that was just stupid, but as far as the N word goes it wasnt used as a racial insult.

Yeah well it seems one of them took offense to that and well that's illegal. And no you or anyone else doesn't get to tell the victim how they feel.
