its not a benefit to do either one. He doesnt have to snuggle up or do anything, just try and be proffesional i guess, i dont know...

he does, and now his "we'll do it with or without you" speech to begin the year looks really ridiculous.

Sparano should be fired for the 1:15 to go in the 2nd incident, all and by itself. I am now convinced he is trying to get fired. He knows he is toast and doesn't really care anymore. Ross and he are playing a cat and mouse game and its just how many embarrassing things can he do till Ross has had enough and fires him. However it looks like Ross is just not going to do it, to spite Tony........would be fun to watch if it was happening to the Jets or Pats or Bills but not so funny when it is us.
