He talked about building through the draft. How he goes about interviews and wants to know the players' passion.
Feels the wildcat has affected the combine and draft.
Talked about why he wears his sunglasses. I did not know his eyes were sensitive to sunlight because of hot oil getting in his eyes at age 15.
Said that last year the big free agency period was more about filling holes, but still wants to build the team through the draft. Says the team does have a certain player they look for.

He also said he wears dark glasses because his eyes are very sensitive to light due to a "hot grease" accident when he was 15 years old. Wierd.
