after ranting about Sparano being the next wanny . I have decided to back up and look at the big picture. deep down fireing Sparano would be the wrong move and i am just sick of losing these types of games and the loss to jax in the playoff game didnt hurt this much.

I flat out hate being up by so many points and then give up the same amount or more points in the second half.

the offensive coordinator and secondary coach is really where the problem is and rebuild the linebackers and secondary and then tweeking the te's and wrs some more would satisfy me .

if we could ever get real good at passing the ball Ronnie and Ricky will get more yards .
 
Sorry but even thinking about firing him in the first place is really, really questionable on your part.
 
Sparano in no way should be fired. It's our coordinators that's causing the trouble.

What happened in the beginning of the game when we had all that pressure on Drew, the linebackers were moving non-stop? We were scaring them. The announcers even pointed that out.

Then in the second half we had absolutely no pressure at all, the linebackers were as still as can be, we were consistently late getting personnel on the field. That's the coordinators fault right there. He needs to scream at those men and tell them to get their *** on point.

On the offensive side, we came out running the Wildcat and passing. What happened to that? What always happens with Dan Henning, he starts playing ***** conservative football. When Miami has the lead we always play ***** and blow it. THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS EVERYTIME WE GET A LEAD. I swear sometimes that any random fan could be a better play caller when we get a lead than Henning. It's ridiculous.

If anything, Henning gets his *** fired.
 
I'm not going to say fire the guy but, who is in charge of the coordinators?
Who has the final say??
Who puts Ginn and Wilson on the field to constantly fail???
Who cannot solve the tight end dilema(as they destroy us game after game)
Who is in charge of second half adjustments or is this even discussed at half time??
Who is in charge of head up the butt calls like that time out???
With that being said,Sparano is our future,like it or not
now if he continues to make decisions that hurt this team then he should take the heat
 
Stupid thread. Losses like that happens to the best coaches out there, it's happened to Belicheck before more than a handful of times. You guys need to ****ing chill already and stop trying to run everyone out of town. We have a bunch of young players starting for this team that are going to make mistakes. What did you guys expect this year, a Super Bowl? Get real, some of you thought we were going 13-3. But like I've said before, 9-7 or 8-8 is much more realistic. Our young players need another offseason to develop. Give them time for ****s sake. You all sound like ****ing Jets' fans after a bad loss.
 
You know what? If we go out and catch some balls or make a couple more plays in that second half its fine. And no one questions anything. But we didn't. We choked. And we gave up that pick 6 WAYY to early in the 2nd half.

amen..thats what im saying. It sucks now, but damn I am so excited in the firection we are going
 
Henning,Pasqualoni,&Dorrell need to be let go imo....especially Pasqualoni...we either need to hire a new DC from within,or bring someone else in...Henning i think is training David Lee to take over for next year,and Dorrell,well,i say he needs to be let go,but i'm not sure on him yet...Ginn's the only WR we have who really isn't playing well from what i've seen,the others are playing fairly well,and can catch...but this is my 2 cents worth...
 
This thread shouldn't even exist.

Sparano is a far cry from any coach we've had since Don Shula. We have to keep in mind Tont is also going through a learning process as he went from O-line coach to asst coach to head coach.
 
Last year everyone loved Sparano.....now this??!

Even if we went 4-12 this year Sparano shouldn't be fired. You can't change coaches/coaching staff every other year. They have a plan in place...lets see what happens.

I hope that plan doesn't include the playing time that both Ginn and Wilson
