Practice today was canceled, and apparently Sparano took the team to the movies. Man, he must have really dished out the verbal lashings during/after the Bucs game.

The movie of choice? GI Joe.

They should have seen Inglourious Basterds, but I would imagine the subtitles would have been a struggle for some of them.

Sparano taking them out to the movies.

Pennington throwing barbecue parties for the team.

The team went on a fishing excursion earlier.

Who says we don't have a country club atmosphere at training camp anymore ? lol

Too funny... So much for the tough guy camp Eric Green was complaining about..

I like this alot actually. This man's got his own coaching style and stuff like this proves it. I don't think Parcells would ever have done this had he been the coach of the team. Gestures like these I think go along way in building conradery among the team.

He should of took them to see the Time Traveler's Wife. Everyone of them would be begging for practice afterwards.

How would you know that west? Did you grade their test or teach their classes? Your obviously assuming that because they are football players that automatically makes them dumb. Way to stereotype there buddy....

Listen to their interviews or read about them blowing millions of dollars. Hell, they went to see G.I. Joe. I didn't realize this was a controversial thing to say.

An ex-neighbor of mine was a mechanic. And one day he offered to do my brakes.

I was like, okay fine, do your thing.

Well he was upset about an hour into it. He was frustrated he couldn't reach to get a bolt out, or something to that extent.. And decided to stop then went for a little walk.

When he came back, I asked why he left. He answered, when you're frustrated on a job it's best to take a 15 minute break and come back re-focused.

He said, it makes it a lot easier to get the job done when working smart like that. And to know when is the right time to take a small break.

Football players aren't the brightest bunch of people around. I doubt most would be up for reading subtitles for half of a two and a half hour movie.
Really? Is that why Myron Rolle became one of 32 students in America to be named a Rhodes Scholar? Or Donald Thomas being a member of the National Honor Society with a degree in Politiacal Science?

So the way they talk is a direct correlation of their intelligence?
