An ex-neighbor of mine was a mechanic. And one day he offered to do my brakes.
I was like, okay fine, do your thing.
Well he was upset about an hour into it. He was frustrated he couldn't reach to get a bolt out, or something to that extent.. And decided to stop then went for a little walk.
When he came back, I asked why he left. He answered, when you're frustrated on a job it's best to take a 15 minute break and come back re-focused.
He said, it makes it a lot easier to get the job done when working smart like that. And to know when is the right time to take a small break.
