Sparano worried about Thomas's blocking ability?

as said before, i am absolutely certain the statement "sparano worried about *blank's* blocking ability" would apply to any running back he ever drafted or ever will draft. no back comes out of college with a certificate of authenticity on pro-level blocking. some you can be more confident about, because you have tape on them doing a lot of blocking, others not so much (like daniel thomas). does that mean he won't be a good blocker for us? no. if he doesn't learn the blocking schemes will he be in the game, allowing the QB to get pulverized? no. will the FO sign another player(s) that can block if that happens (and may do that anyway)? yes. other than the fact that DT came from a system where he wasn't required to block much, this is a non-story.

I feel a lot better with Thomas learning to block with Henne back there, instead of a franchise qb.

If RB blocking is an issue ... I won't shed a tear, since this is just 'another' rebuilding year ....

Henne needs to learn to get the ball out quicker ... AND the durn regime never gives the understudies game experience, they just MIGHT get a chance.

I think O-Line pass blocking is a bigger issue anyway (becomes part of RB blocking, too).

In other news the whole dolphin team and fan base has concerns over sparanos coaching ability lol
