Can you please expand upon your criticism? I don't quite understand what you find to be so bad about this PC. Is it his use of filler words? If so, we all do it. Its just never written down by a reporter. It looks rather stupid when written in print. However, the use of filler words isn't a sign of one's intelligence or lack thereof.

If someone uses "uhhhhh" instead of "I mean..." or "you know...", I doubt the reporters would type that up, but its still the same thing... filler words as you piece together your thoughts. Its common. Its what we all do. unless we are preparing a speech.
 
Another 'Oh look how dumb' our head coach is to play to the masses after a tough lose.......:rolleyes:
 
Come on, I am the first to take shots at the dead beat TS every chance I get but even I dont see issues with his PC. He's the head coach of a loosing team, what do you really expect him to say?

I just think he shouldn't talk! Really what does he say? We didn't execute? We didn't block? We have to tackle better? Tell you what Tony skip the presser and put that extra time breaking down film, coaching, or teaching.
 
Sporanzo: At the end of the day it didn't look too good out there.
I think with the shortened off season your going to see some players not ready to take the next step
that's what we can improve on now from a defensive standpoint. Overall i though our offense was
going in the right direction for most of the night. I thouhgt Chad looked like a leader out there
and we have some things to build on for the next game.
 
Well i guess i was misunderstood on this one. Forget how it looks on paper, just listen to him. He sounds like he should be working at a pizza joint in the bronx.

Now before you guys beat me up for that last statement let me make it clear that im well aware of the fact that an accent is irrelevant when it comes to measuring someone's intelligence. Really to me its his word usage. He constantly says "those things", "these things", "those types of things", "you know" etc.

This thread has nothing to do with football. Nothing. I was simply expressing my opinion on the way this guy talks and his grammer usage.

You guys need to calm down, go find all my latest posts and see how many of them were me "freaking" out. I don't do that like most on here, and im NOT calling for tony's head. I like the guy.

If anything im disappointed in Nolan's lack of adjustments, i mean the second half was worst than the first and they did the same exact thing.

Sparano is a total idiot. I can't stand listening to that buffoon explain anything. He is way out of his league and is much more suited coaching a high school football team.

He has absolutely no "feel" for the game while it's occurring. The great coaches in nfl history have that innate ability to sense a momentum shift and make necessary changes one and two steps before that momentum shift actually occurs. Sparano is always extremely late in this, sometimes he's a season late and many games late to notice anything.

He's a total putz and way WAY in over his head coaching an nfl team. He needs to go asap
