Will they let us keep the turf the NFL provided for us, or will we have to tear it up and put back in the natural grass?

Well either way, it's going back to dirt for the Marlins... Weren't they going to move the team to San Antonio or something? Don't let the door hit you in the...

:shakeno: we don't want them going anywhere and they won't be, they are getting their own stadium and staying in Miami

I don't see the problem with the dirt, it's just an excuse when Mare misses FGs.

Yeah, i don't want them to go either, but i don't want them to play at Dolphin Stadium either. That place should be a Football stadium, period. They need their own ballpark.

the turf is gone soon as can be. there is a monster truck ralley at the staium some time in the next few weeks and they will remove all the grass. P.S. this is not a joke, thats realy what there doin. the grass was one time use.

Oh yeah, I forgot they had those at Dolphin Stadium :sidelol:

Do they ever sell out?

Here here! Marlins should stay, I hope anyway, but they need to get their own damn stadium, period!

Im not against the marlins staying in miami, but the Dolphins stadium should be DOLPHIN stadium.

it's painfully obvious that field related things haveta change at DS...with a potential 3 teams playing in there next year (Dolphins/Marlins/UM), the surface would be completely trashed come Dolphins '007 season...there's only one way to go - FieldTurf...there are no other viable alternatives that could sustain the pummeling; natural grass will not hold up to 81 Marlins games, 6 'Canes games, several High School games, and 7 Dolphins games...plus concerts and events!...

No Chance bro Marlins will start the season soon so they have to unsod the soil and but in the infield dirt, Also the College Football Challenge is comin down here I think Hopefully, huzinga spends more money and pays the WEst palm beach native grass grower the money for the upcoming season

The field they provided for us was NATURAL GRASS.

it was not Field Turf.

They can't take back natural grass...it is already set in. it will be ripped up before the season starts.
