It just passed so they can be active Sunday if the team allows it.
If suspensions are lifted effective immediately then we would be forced to cut 2 players regardless if Jordan and Jones were going to play…they would have to be added to the 53 immediately I would presume. They could still be inactive for the game though...
Neither are confirmed
ESPN had Jordan as good to go...didn't mention Jones.

No link, but NFL Network said the same thing.

So they said Jordan has been reinstated?
http://nfltraderumors.co/orlando-sc...ng-20-or-so-players-who-can-return-this-week/Ian Rapoport reports that Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick and Broncos WR Wes Welker are eligible to play this weekend.
Dolphins S Reshad Jones and DE Dion Jordan are reportedly among the group of players to have their suspensions lifted as well. Rapoport adds Ravens S Will Hill to the list of players.
The NFLPA has yet to release a list of players who will be cleared now that there are new rules in place for the 2014 season, according to Mike Garafolo.
Garafolo adds that the list is believed to be “in the range of 20” players.
Tom Pelissero points out that no suspensions have been overturned or reduced as of now and this will require the NFL to sign off on the terms of the agreement.
The threshold for positive marijuana tests was raised and offseason amphetamine-positive tests will go from the performance enhancing drug policy to the substances of abuse policy. That means players that failed tests for amphetamines this offseason like Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker will have their suspensions immediately lifted and be eligible to play this weekend, per Ian Rapoport and Albert Breer.
Dallas Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick, Miami Dolphins safety Reshad Jones, and Miami Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan also will have suspensions lifted. Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon will have his year long suspension for marijuana use reduced to ten games.
