One of the things I'd like to see happen in this upcoming draft would be to land a burner at wide reciever. A difference maker that could stretch the field and be a homerun threat would be big upgrade for the offense. Sinorce Moss played locally at the U of Miami and I believe he will be alot like his brother. I don't see picking him in the first round but if he's on the board when we pick second he would be an excellent pick and a good value. I'd love to get this guy because I think he will have a great pro career and he is alot of fun to watch. He also is very dangerous on the wide reciever screen and if you hit him in stride on a slant pattern you'd better tackle him fast or he'll be in the endzone. There are several other bigtime recievers in this draft. What do you guys think?

we have a Burner. gilmore is the fastest guy on the team. Also cliff russel has good speed.

Don't we have some guy named... um

Chris Chambers?

We have plenty of speed at WR. Get them QB. Worry about that first...

the only guy without good speed at WR is Booker and I like him as a good possession WR

I agree with the Quarterback first point of view. No doubt about that. I think what I meant was a burner/playmaker. I know CC raised his game and I'm cool with him but picture adding a Santana Moss type athlete to our existing arsenol of weapons. Could raise things a notch. Let's face that Welker and Gilmore are no better than average so this is an area that could be improved.

Maybe so, but we have so many other holes to become more solid that WR is at best a day two priority...

We need DBs, LBs, QB, OL...(not in any order) on day one....

Jeremy Bloom from Colorado might be your answer in like the 4th or 5th round.

You're right about the other needs Larry, no doubt about it. It sort of depends how the draft shakes out and who falls to us in the first round and then who's on the board when we're picking later down the road. Reciever would not be a priority over the other positions you stated but I'm very high on Moss and if he's the best player available when we're up in round two I say go for it.

Sinorce Moss reminds me of his older brother and also a former U player Santana Moss & Steve Smith both small WRs but are game breaking players.Watch out for this guy in the future.

agreed, the guy is a BURNER, he'll run a 4.2 or 4.3 in the combines, and he has hands and could be a great returner, he could be a GREAT investment later in the draft if he is still available

Always thought Gilmore could be a 1000 yard receiver in the right offense. Hes got nice size and exceptional speed.
