I thought we were supposed to a get a new GM because brillohead is a p.o.s.
I know that Saban can evaluate talent, and he has made good personnel moves but we should have a better gm to help out saban since he is a rookie head coach

All the GM scouting and evaluating is done for this offseason and Saban did a great job. We will never have a "True" GM with Saban. Saban calls all the shots, and all Speilman does is help scout players. Speilman is not a GM anymore even though he still has the title.

We don't need another GM, Speilman's fine..I hope Saban ego can handle having him around because he's good, especially on the 2nd day picks, he's been very good at finding gems..Saban used a lot of Speilman's scouting department writeups, I'm use speilman was help..In a couple of years Saban won't know all these players personally like he did this year.

What Genius, he knows the player for the next 3 years, then he's like any other personnel guy..has to rely on his scouts. You guys have got to get real... :lol:
 
Well O"Brien is Sabans right hand man. Speilman is being paid by Huizenga and doesnt affect our cap. I say demote the guy to scout.
 
if u look at it we dont really need a gm cause it looks like saban can make all of the decisions himself and so far its turning out pretty good

It's best to have a guy doing the grunt work, Speilman's good at that..

Spoilman has no sense of value. He got ripped off and mortgaged some of our future carelessly to save his own BUTT! And Wanny joined him in the same greed. Spielman deserves the boot to the nalgs as much as Wanny did.
 
He may not even be with the dolphins organization if somebody better comes along. They didn't fire him before now because he knew all about what the dolphins wanted to do in the draft.
