Rick's been dealt a bad hand to say the least...Ricky's retirement, Boston's injury, Dan's resignation...However, I've only seen him get praise for the guys he got...When rating the job he's done, most fans gave him and A or a B thinking he did the best he could...

After watching last night's performance I disagree...there is one recurrent thought that comes to my mind...our biggest weakness, our O-Line...After last season Rick knew he had to rebuild the line...Let's face it signing John St-Clair and Jeno James havn't fixed our woes...And why did we draft V.Carey, to have him sit on the bench all year ? As opposed to Wade Smith who hasn't recovered from the beating Freeney laid on him last year...Whitley and Mckinney havn't shown anything as far as potential, might as well put Vernon in there...With a line as young as ours, why didn't Rick get some veteran leadership a la Jerry Fontenot who was still available 4 days ago ? He'd be a better mentor for young Mckinney than Rex Hadnot...

Feeley, Gordon and Booker were disappointing last night...I know they just arrived and havnt grasped the system entirely but as CK pointed out this offseason it seems everytime Feeley makes a nice play he follows it up with a bonehead one...Gordon didn't have any running room but the few times he bounced outside, I didn't see the speed or moves...
Booker looks disinterested...Wouldn't we have been able to get a quality lineman or RB instead of a receiver...the logic being we can't even get the ball into the WR's hands with the time Feeley's getting...

To anyone undermining Adewale's loss...Our D is still one of the best but Wale was a player...evident after last night where D.Bowens and Jay Williams were auditioning for Hollow Man 2...Rick please sign ZT to a long term contract..I want to see him go into the Hall as a Miami Dolphin...

Everyone is on Wanny's case (and justifiably so), Bate's case (injustifiably) maybe it's time to get on Spielman's case...

This comment makes no sense. Wale hs done zilch in Chicago, as expected, and Jay Williams was all over the place last night. Bowens played average. You can't have 11 people all playing noticeably awesome in a game.....or else they wouldn't be noticeable !

Pink Dove. You are barking up the wrong tree. Most members here think RS is part of the solution.

I think he is part of the problem. He didnt just appear out of the woodwork. He has been chief scout with Dave for about 8 yrs and was equally responsible as Dave for some of the worst personnel decisions in recent NFL history.(Fletcher,Cade McNown in Miami).Yes sure sometimes Wanny overides RS recommendations such as the Moore pick over the WR we needed (RS has gotten a lot of mileage out of that) but most of the recommendations came from RS.

For those wearing rose colored glasses I will remind you of the disastrous picks they made together in Chicago.I enclose a link so that you can review some of those decisions. On the left hand column there is a short summary of them.

You can argue that they have done pretty well with low round picks and I agree. Its their specialty to find ST players but what about the high picks? They have a couple of hits CC and Mc Michael but you are bound to hit on a couple of them when you are using a shotgun.

IMO this team needs needs a complete overhaul starting with the GM
