they will need about 4 mill MINIMUM in cap room for their draft..

and that doesnt address lewis's statement that he wants to add more to his WR crew either.

I think that if Lewis wasn't a new coach getting his first shot...the Bengals might match it. But the last thing a guy coaching the Bungles needs is a reputation for paying players a **** ton of money who openly criticize the front office and want to be let out.

By the way if it is of any consequence, Baseball contracts are averaged out and evenly distributed every year for the life of the contract. :)
