7. The Dolphins will be a drastic improvement over last year’s team
I know Brett Favre’s long bomb throws got all of the press, but Miami actually almost won the game. Even though they lost, the team looks much better than they did last year, Parcells knows how to crack the whip on his players better than anyone.

I think teams have a respect for our team just based on the fact that we are a bigger, tougher, albeit younger team. Now the majority of the press doesn't at this point. Once again though respect is earned not given and this team needs to go it and get it if they want it.

Also guys, remember that the media doesn't necessarily dictate what the coaches of the NFL think. Just because the media doesn't show us any respect (and ESPN ignores the Phins TDs and only shows Favre's TDs and Penny's INT) doesn't mean that other teams aren't giving us any respect.

I just got my latest issue of Sport's Illustrated and they have Brett Favre on the cover and are gushing about him beating the Dolphins. They did say a few good things about the Phins, and Chad Pennington, but I kind of wonder if Favre would have been on the cover if Pennington had won the game in the last ten seconds. :err:
