They took full advantage of picking first. Tackle Jake Long will anchor the offensive line. Chad Henne could be the new starting QB. Defensive end Phillip Merling was a round 2 steal. Grade: A.

They had the Dolphins after the Chiefs as the 2nd best draft overall, which is where a lot of people seem to have us. Great draft for the team and Parcells and company!
 
Saw that today as well. Kind of surprised they gave us such a high grade considering they had Jake Long ranked as the third best tackle in the draft...which just goes to show how little credibility they have left.

Clady was their number one tackle, and I think Chris Williams was number two. They also had Greco as the best guard prospect over Albert :err:.

Best draft grades usually are given to the teams with the best draft spots and highest number of picks. Everyone slobbers over KC who picked in the top five and had a tone of picks.

i posted a thread a month ago i think. saying that sportting news has gone mad with their rankings this year. and people on here gave me hard time saying such things are genius etc. they had early doucett as the number 1 reciver too and colt brennan as the 4 th best qb.

Yeah it is a nice flashy draft, but we will see how a team looks with Kiper as their GM in a season or two. Litterally picked Kiper BPA with almost every pick. Might be better strategy for them cause Carl Peterson and Herm are blind as bats when drafting.

Glenn Dorsey, Branden Albert is a great draft, no matter what you might think. Both of those guys are tremendous athletes
