MOBILE, Ala. -- With the Senior Bowl Game in the books for 2008, we can take a look back at the players who helped and hurt themselves the most during the game and throughout the week in practice. While we believe that a ton of useful information can be gained from evaluating the prospects during the Senior Bowl week, we also believe you cannot place so much value on what was seen this one week to negate all the film evaluation that was done during the season, which is why our player grades will not change drastically on more than a few players. Here is the list of which players' stock went up or down based on their performance this week:

Lots of good information on where players are projected to go in this article etc.

I dont agree with him at all on Barton.

SI said He proved some people wrong because he was doing great. Undrafted yeah right that guy is a moron.

Same with Baker did great.

The guy doesnt even have DRC as players who helped themselves.

Barry Richardson did pretty well.

That guy is horrible.

Don't put to much stock in what this guy has to say.

He also has McKelvin as a guy who hurt himself, say wha? Not sure about Rinehart either as one who helped himself... maybe when he wasn't getting beat by Sedrick Ellis in one on ones ....

God its wonder how that guy got his job.

The part abour Chris Williams possibly being the top tackle in the draft pretty much ended it for me. That and the part about him having long arms when in fact they are short compared to most of the other prospects at his position.

I think Clady is the best.

The Tackle I want would be Nicks.

I thought Cromartie should have been in the Helped himself list, my bad if i missed his name but didn't think i saw it.

Just passing it along.

The guy is fairly respected though.

I agree Clady is the best OT in this draft FWIW...

I think he thought Rhinehart helped himself by moving himself up from where he was before the week. He proved he had the feet to play Tackle, which will help him. Ellis did dominate him in one on ones, but that wasn't an exclusive club either.

Perhaps he saw things a different way than a few others while he was there, but I was under the impression Cromartie played well this week also.
