Very good read, thanks man. I think Daunte will fit in nice here. It mentions how Daunte needs a big play guy and how he can stretch the field vertically. We have that guy in Chris Chambers. We have tons of play makers on offense and Daunte is just adding another one to the cart. Leadership is something this offense has lacked for a very long time. I'm glad to see we have a born leader in the huddle now. It also mentions that the offense the Dolphins run is one that fits a playmaker, like Culpepper, very well. It is the same one he ran when he had all that sucess in Minnesota. Lastly, it mention that Culpepper could be ready by training camp. If he is, the Dolphins now become a top 5 team in the league IMO.

"Brees can sail the boat but Culpepper can rock it."
best quote ive ever heard in football. congrats to that guy.

How about "Brees can drive the sled but Culpepper pulls it."
That was my favorite.

Great read, anyone who wants to know about our QB issues read this!!

all thats missing is Brees can buy a 10 million dollar seat to witness the superbowl in miami and culpepper can hoist it:wink:

Still, Culpepper represents a greater risk than Brees. The safer choice for Miami would have been Brees. The better choice was Culpepper.

I couldn't have summed it up better.

That is a great quote and it sums up what the Dolphins have been lacking since Marino left. We have had some ok QB's that have resulted in winning seasons, but it was more in spite of them than because of them. Jay Fiedler and Gus Frerotte were the QB's on some 9-7 and 10-6 teams, but they were both "driving the sled" or maybe in their case "riding the sled", but with Marino we had a QB who was the reason we were winning and hopefully that is what will happen with Culpepper. I almost forgot what that feels like.
