I am hoping we draft Ebron, but if we don't upgrade our TE this year, I am hoping that Egnew has made some progress and can make an impact.
Clay was not considered a pretty good TE until he got some chances to show what he can do. Egnew has not had those kind of opportunities yet.
I am not a fan of Egnew, but I am trying to be fair with the kid.

Agreed. A few thoughts...

A HC has to be a control freak. Philbin is quite stoic and very demonstrative but has a plan & know when to say when. The whole thing about gum wrappers & shoe laces has been overblown

Jeff & Joe IMO did communicate for awhile but something happened (even before bullygate) that completely broke the relationship.

In my job, there are co-workers that I communicate with only when needed. Further, there are other depts & people that (given my choice) would love to avoid but can't. Case in point, I work in shipping and receiving, I absolutely loathe UPS.

Ireland had full backing from Ross in early Dec., then something changed. He had a talk with Dawn and then we lost our two last games.....gotta blame someone. Ireland was already the bad guy in the media and public, so it is what it is. Politics.
