Who cares? It ain’t my money. Ross can improve the value of this team if he invests in his FO, fixes and enlarges his scouting department and gets some quality talent. He also could improve the value of the team if he (among others) created a minor league affiliate. But NFL owners are insular and stingy, so I don’t see him doing that.
